My brief summary of the book
Coco, a sweet young girl, dreams of being a witch. Unfortunately, you must be born a witch to become one, which is not the case for Coco. One day, a witch-man visited her house. Coco was inspired by the man and started drawing mysterious patterns from her picture book. The picture book was, in reality, a spellbook full of forbidden spells. By accident, she drew a spell that turned the whole house into a crystal. Before the spell started, the witch-man grabbed her from the house before it was too late. Now, Coco had the option to become a witch. Will Coco have what it takes to be a witch?
My thoughts
An attractive, swift manga with excellent artwork. The beginning is in colors, and then it’s in black and white. You must read from back to front like Japanese manga. The beginning is slow, and then whoosh, the compelling, magical story took you on a fantastic adventure.
