A heart-pounding story about a girl and her ghost sidekick to reform a poltergeist.

Cass had just narrowly escaped death from the Raven in Red, and she, her family, and Jacob are now filming in Paris, France. Everything in Paris is cheerful and bright, making you think this city isn’t haunted. But deep down underground in the catacombs, a restless spirit awakens. Cass must neutralize the poltergeist before it wreaks havoc on Paris.

Paris is such an illustrious city that you can hardly imagine it being haunted. I loved the ghost stories; the places where they happened were cool. The pastries sounded terrific, and I tried some of them because my family is from the French part of Belgium, but I was born in America. There were also some French words that I already knew.

Cass is still a very cool character. She is very crafty, and that could lead her to trouble sometimes. Jacob is still the funniest character. Personally, he is my fav.

The theme of this book is getting lost in an endless tunnel of discoveries. I recommend this book to paranormal enthusiasts and people wanting an excellent description of Paris.

My rating

Rating: 5 out of 5.
