My summary of the book

Xar (a young wizard) and Wish (a girl warrior) weren’t together for a while. Xar is trying to escape a lousy wizard prison, and Wish is locked in a cupboard in the reeducation. Xar handles to escape the prison, and Wish also manages to flee the cabinet. Xar sneaks into the fort but saves Wish from embarrassment. They are now on a quest to destroy all of the witches and the Kingwitch. Will they succeed in their pursuit?

My thoughts

Ready to take off with another adventurous and hilarious story of two people who hate each other but must learn to cooperate to succeed.

The story is full of magic and well-developed. There is even werewolf language there too! Though, still, I’m not too fond of the illustrations.

My rating

Rating: 4 out of 5.
