Review from my sister Laly (10):

Zoey loves spending the summer with Aunt Alice. But Aunt Alice has a neighbor (an old woman) who despises trespassers. This old woman owns thirteen cats, and they always seem to be watching Zoey. One of these cats- number thirteen- keeps running away from this neighbor, and Zoey wants to save her. This situation puts Zoey in danger to her neighbor—worst of all, she might be a witch.

This book was everything that I wanted, cats and horror fiction. I love how the author puts cats in the story so well. I love how this story feels like a roller coaster- the kind that never goes slow. I love the mean-looking cat on the cover that represents the story—overall Paw-tastic book.

Happy spooky reading, Laly!

My rating

Rating: 5 out of 5.
