My brief summary of the book

Moth is a 13-yo girl who discovers that she is a half-witch at Halloween. Her mother does not want Moth to be a witch, but her heritage catches her. She must uncover the secret of the Bluff witch hunt to learn the truth about her town.

My thoughts

This book was very entertaining and cracked me up at some parts. The setting is during Halloween, and Halloween is one of my favorite holidays!

The drawings are very classical cartoony style, but they are well-drawn well detailed; the color scheme of the artwork is more of an earth tone color.

My rating

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.
