My summary of the book
Ivy Lovely is spending the first part of the summer with her friend Rebecca until she runs off to the secret Town for her safety. Ivy must find the second segment of the Kindred stone before the Dark Queen does. Over there, she makes new friends.
Will Ivy find the second segment of the kindred stone and save the secret Town?
My thoughts
This book is very emotional. Good will battle evil throughout this book.
There were some scary parts near the end of this book. I loved that the descriptions were so detailed. Overall, this is a very magical book. I can’t wait for book 3! This book is a series of four books.
Please read my review of book 1: The Crowns of Croswald.

About the author
“One of the first creatures I dreamt up for Croswald was a hairie. I was driving home from a spontaneous trip to Orlando (Disney, of course!) with one of my closest friends, Melissa. On our drive home, I was sharing my newest story ideas with her––this was very early on and when I had just started writing. I remember she asked me, “How do people in Croswald read at night?” And a vision of hairies popped into my head. Little, furry, nosey fairies who love human interaction and have hair that glows when they are interested in what they see.” – Goodreads.
