My brief summary of the book

Paola Santiago lives in silver springs, Arizona. Her friend Emma disappeared and it is up to Paola to find her friend before it’s too late!

My thoughts

This book gives us interest in the ancient Mexican folktale of La Llorona, the weeping woman in a modern way. This book has a lot of emotions like anger and sadness.

I highly recommend this book for people who are intrigued by Mexican folktales like me and scary stories.

My rating

Rating: 5 out of 5.

I was really intrigued by the legend of La Llorona. Does your tween enjoy reading Mexican folktales?
