Who will break up with the other first?

Eve and Andrew were childhood friends who had always been together. When they reached eighth grade, Eve felt pressured by her friends to ask Andrew out to the dance, so she did. As a result, people considered them to be officially dating. However, both of them actually just wanted to be friends, and now there’s a race to see who will end the relationship first. But this will be challenging, with various issues starting to surface.

This book is another delightful rom-com that captivated me from the very beginning. The switching perspectives between Eve and Andrew provided an engaging and dynamic storytelling experience. The book deftly navigated the challenging topic of parental discord, adding depth to the narrative.

Eve’s relatable nature, coupled with her tendency to mask her struggles with a brave front, stirred empathy within me. Meanwhile, Andrew’s kind-hearted nature endeared his character to me.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who adores a compelling rom-com with genuinely relatable characters.
