Fuuta’s younger sister brought home a cat one day. Fuuta knew nothing about cats and was amazed by how bizarre they were. He thought, “This creature must be from another planet!” However, as all cats do, Kyuruga slowly became essential to Fuuta’s life. Kyuruga became so crucial that Fuuta’s life now revolves around the cat’s whims and fancies. Follow the hilarious tales of Fuuta and his furry overlord, Kyuruga, as they navigate their way through everyday life.
During my recent trip to Belgium, I chanced upon this manga entirely written in French. Despite that, I was determined to read it, and to my surprise, it was not much of a challenge because the author used simple words, and the drawings sometimes speak for themselves.
My favorite character, Kyuruga, reminded me of my cats with his quirky and amusing behavior. What I found fascinating about the book was how accurately it portrayed the typical actions of cats in our daily lives. You know how whenever you take out a suitcase, the cats will be inside it, looking up at you like, ‘Are you trying to leave without me?’
The book was hilarious and heartwarming at the same time, and I couldn’t get enough of the book!
The art in the story was beautiful, and it complemented the humor perfectly.
This book is a must-read if you’re a cat lover who enjoys a good laugh!
