Coco recently joined the basketball team to make more friends after feeling lonely when her friend Blair moved away. Unfortunately, she broke her arm during practice and now has to wear a huge cast, but that doesn’t stop her from playing basketball. Despite encountering some inconsistent behavior from her new friends on the team, Coco is starting to make connections. After a disagreement with her friends, Coco realizes the need to resolve things and make amends.

The book was an enjoyable and quick read. I really liked the art style, which was both cute and simple, using warm colors that added to its charm. The story was captivating, and I often found myself relating to the situations. The main character, Coco, is a kind-hearted person who tends to worry too much about others’ opinions. However, her teammate Maddie comes across as annoying and insincere, and I dislike the way she treats Coco. Despite this, the book delivers a heartwarming tale of friendship that I would recommend to anyone looking for an engaging read.
