My brief summary of the book

This book is about Eva Evergreen, a twelve-year-old semi-magical witch. Her mom is a witch but her father is not. Eva is trying to get her novice witch role before she turns 13 years old. If she fails, her magic will be taken away. She is trying to help a town named Auteri prepare for a monstrous storm. Will she save the town before it’s too late and get her novice witch role?

My thoughts

I adore this book that I want to share it with my friends. I enjoyed following Eva’s journey to becoming a novice witch, hopefully. The author describes the food the way you want to eat it! I like this book because it has some hilarious humor and strong relationships throughout the story. I highly recommend this book for anyone who likes magic or witches and wizards.

Eva might only be a semi-magical witch, but this book is wholly magical.

My rating

Rating: 5 out of 5.
