Erin can make people fall in love, and it changes her views on love and life.

Erin Johnson, also known as EJ by her friends, has two main ambitions: becoming the president of the Multicultural Club and finding a cure for the illness that took her nana away when she was a child. However, she faces tough competition from her longtime rival, Trevor Jin, whom she has known since they were five years old.

When Erin turns 13, her mother reveals that her father, who left when she was just a baby, is Cupid, the god of love. She also informs Erin that she has inherited the power to make people fall in love. Although Erin is initially skeptical, she begins to experience events that suggest her mother is telling the truth.

Determined to defeat Trevor and win the presidency of the Multicultural Club, Erin devises a plan to make him fall in love with her. However, as she puts her plan into action, she realizes that her feelings for Trevor might be more complicated than she initially thought.

This book is a must-read if you’re looking for a unique and enjoyable read. The main character, Erin, is passionate and determined, always striving to achieve her goals, even if it means being stubborn at times. One thing that sets this book apart is the footnotes at the end of each page, which give readers more insight into the concepts discussed. Additionally, Cupid’s commandments at the beginning of each chapter add an exciting touch to the story.

Erin’s cupid powers are fascinating, and I wished I had them too. Trevor is kind and mysterious, making him my personal favorite. The eccentric but kindhearted mother of Erin adds a unique dimension to the story.

Overall, this book is perfect for anyone determined to tackle their goals while enjoying a good romantic read. Don’t hesitate to recommend it to others!
