If you want to ride a horse, you only have to close your eyes. What will your horse look like? What color is your horse? Will you braid its mane? I presume that you’ll take good care of your horse? Read this book if you want to ride a horse!

This book was fantastic! What makes it unique is that it is written from the second-person perspective, where the narrator addresses the reader directly, using the pronoun “you.” This writing style was a pleasant surprise for me, as I have not come across many books that use this approach.

This book is primarily intended for a younger audience aged 4 to 8. However, I found this book enjoyable and engaging, even though I am much older than the target audience. The storyline is simple yet captivating, and the illustrations are adorable and colorful, making the book visually appealing.

At the end of the book, additional sections provide little notes about all the colors, patterns, and types of braids that your horse can have, which I found to be informative and exciting. For example, I learned that only one type of horse is a wild horse, and it is almost as rare as white horses, which are considered very rare.

Overall, this book was a delightful read, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys children’s literature or wants to experience a unique narrative style.

Here is my poem about this book:

Close your eyes and dream,
Of horses running wild, it seems.
What color will your horse be?
And will you braid his mane with glee?
Take care of him with love and pride,
And go for rides with him beside.
Read this lyrical book,
And ride your horse in every nook!
