Zeke must stop the Morrigan – Ireland’s Phantom Queen- from seeking revenge on Ireland.
Zeke Zooter, a teenage boy, had a hard time after his father’s death. So, instead, Zeke focuses on being a popular kid in the school. With his friend Dex’s help, his plan is set. But the strangest things start to happen. Zeke is soon found by his guardian leprechaun, who tells Zeke he has the gift of granting 13 wishes and that he must stop the Morrigan from getting the Eye of Balor, which could destroy all of Ireland and its descendants. So they travel to Ireland to settle the score with the Morrigan. With Dex, his leprechaun, and Daphne, a strange girl, who could stand in their way?
I found this book to be excellent! The story had a similar feel to Percy Jackson’s. The book was well-written, and I learned a lot about Irish mythology.
Dex’s character had some hilarious moments, and his rap lyrics were great. The book had a lot of plot twists and humor, making it a fantastic and unputdownable read!
While reading the book, Zeke reminded me of Percy Jackson, and I found him relatable. Zeke deeply cares about his loved ones. Dex is a skilled rapper and a loyal sidekick. The leprechaun was an excellent addition to the story, and I enjoyed his character. However, Daphne’s temperament is often moody throughout the book.
This book is a must-have for Percy Jackson fans and mythology lovers. Delve into the fascinating world of ancient myths and legends and discover a new level of excitement and adventure. Don’t miss out – grab your copy today!
