Join the beautiful full-color illustrations Fruits Basket series, the hilarious adventures of Tohru and the Sohmas.

Tohru Honda had led a difficult life ever since her mother died. She lives in a tent in the woods and struggles to make a living. She strives always to do her best. One evening, two members of the Sohma clan discovered her tent on their land. So, they were forced to take her in. Little did Tohru know that living with the Sohmas meant keeping a family secret: they were cursed by the zodiac animals. If a boy or girl hugs the opposite gender outside the family or gets sick, they turn into animals.

I loved the idea of the Chinese zodiac animals; they were so cute.

This storyline was well-crafted because it made it easy to follow, and it was sometimes humorous.

If you like Anime and hope to find a good manga, this is the perfect book for you.
