My brief summary of the book
This book contains 500 facts about American History, from the Native Americans to the roaring ’20s, and until today, it is a bunch of facts!
My thoughts
I love History and, of course, American History! I thought I knew a lot about American History, and guess what? I learned a bunch of new facts thanks to this book! I was amazed at how neatly and concise the facts were written. I loved the illustrations too, bright and colorful; they add fun! I think this book would be perfect for elementary and early middle-grade kids who love to learn about American History! Get ready for your social studies class at home: read, understand, review, check your knowledge about those amazing facts that make The USA we know today!
I won this book through an Instagram giveaway! The author asked me which fact would I add? I would add this fact: Did you know that there was an epidemic of yellow fever in 1793 in Philadelphia, USA. Half of the people and President Washington had to move from Philadelphia to the country to stay safe.
